Translation: His prior scam of Hallmark Properties, never made a profit, and became an empty shell company. Where upon Norton back merged into the Shell as an easy path to get a OTC listing.

Yep, Porter the business wizard sold a shell to someone. Brilliant. Sometimes it's best not to research claims of a scammer.
