Loophole

I agree and that is exactly why I contacted 3 senators to try to get

this craziness stopped. We are supposed to be judged by a jury of our

peers and lay people and even judges are not of our peers if you

invent something. If you notice in my proposal the appeal would be

at the Patent office by a committee of people versed in patents and

done expediently. We free up the courts and should get fair decisions

and the inventor if they prevail get paid immediately not 20 years

later if they are still in business.
