Hedge funds filing to invalidate patents of American inventors? Are you kidding me? Any member of congress that anticipated this happening should lose office and their pensions. Here we have a constitutionally guaranteed jury and a federal judge who have found the patents at issue valid and infringed. The CAFC should have exclusive venue in this circumstance. Further, this is how the Brazzi brothers have stayed in business all these years. These hedge fund folks need their kneecaps and front teeth rearranged. These guys make trolls look good. Unfortunately I cannot offer my opinion of the judges because I am restrained by the bar association from doing so. This is why we left Europe folks. Big government gets bigger every day to the detriment of the citizens of the USA. America has become great because of the inventions of the citizens. Patents are now in open season and will soon become an endangered species. I urge everyone to contact their Senators and Representatives about this hedge fund attack for personal riches. None of this adds a single cent to the GNP or the return of American investments in their inventors.
