More senior staff for a company with such a small market value suggests another 100 million added to o/s shares to pay them. The result to the unimportant pps will either mean it stagnates for a while or drops.

How many CEOs need a special advisor? Seems to me, if you clearly don't know what you are doing (not filing against infringers), then you should step aside and let someone else do the job. You don't need someone to tell you to do basic things.

But hey, the more the merrier.
