Just listened for the first time to the conference call which in my view does not sound that bad at all ? Both James and Jamie gave a very good speech and are imo on the right path. Best year since 2007, first time of a profit sharing payout to their employees ever. Moral boosted enormously, investments in equipment and modernization of devices is continuing, efficiency should be improving. Ratios keep improving so we are still on track despite of a disappointing Q4.
