I won't jump in on this one again as long as current CEO is in place, I don't trust schadel and for plenty of good reasons written for all to see. My negativity toward him doesn't necessarily mean the infrastructure he has built and direction is worth no bid though. I think he has mis managed and deceived investors habitually for years (I've watched variations of the current promo before which turned out to be complete lies) . That said, while I think this is doomed, I try not to negate others opinions totally and therefore do include snippets in my replies. Many of the points are valid not looking historically and given my assumptions are based of historical fact and experience, I don't feel comfortable 100% bashing a stock where the CEO, whom has been the demise of this company to date, may have actually changed.

To answer your question, I will never vest again in any company run by Schadel and therefore am certainly not on the line of in and out, just trying to remain balanced out of an abundance of fairness to you, my friends with a positive outlook.
