and holds an 87M share FLOAT with a sub 125M IO .. the *rigged* game
gets a little uncomfortable when the option undertaken since P2O was wrested back (August 2013)
stops working >> compression via resets >> and how one can *prove* >> it's stopped working (besides
the obvious duplicated *trades*) .. is the volume .. again if original CE had been successful in parting
LEGIT shares from actual P2O investors .. PTOI would be *trading* 500,000 *daily* .. don't believe me
take note of what other OTC companies do consistently .. i *track* another with a 22M IO that *trades*
on avg 500,000 to 600,000 .. there are others that have IOs in the 100M + range .. that do on avg 300k to 600k
and then there is the most recent (S1 registration 2015 vs doing a R/M into a *shell* littered with prior FTDs) that has
an IO of 46M and *trades* 30k to 60k .. daily
even the MMs ~ marker manipulators' *version* of providing liquidity has been outlasted .. CE that *hired*
NN et al is one *execution* away from triggering *reg sho* on PTOI (for a 3rd time)
NN's *dance* each month specific to *decoys and %s* is almost amusing .. pattern is crystal clear
NN's non retail boss is less amusing and the goal of several *actual* P2O Investors .. and i highly doubt
that comes as any surprise to anyone *here with interest* .. :)
