Al that would have to be done is to revive this patent and announce a clinical study on the healing of diabetic skin ulcers in a Tier One country (One has already been done and the results are quite successful). The stock would soon climb to dollars.
I believe a group of shareholders wanted to use this patent a decade ago---Ed didn't want to go in that direction. If I remember correctly, you would not need FDA approval since it is external. How about EPA approval, would this be necessary ?
