Indeed Lester, negative interest rates makes buying gold and silver or a currency like AUD that has positive interest a no-brainer to Japanese, and is not doubt a contributing fact to gold's nice rally in 2016.

Saw you sticky on millions of OZ. Comstock was known for silver, but the gold produced at old prices almost as much $s. Today silver is a byproduct of gold because the gold ratio is so high. I have studied the Comstock deposit and am a geologist and even taken claims in nearby district. LODE looks like a good bet here.

I never touched LODE when it was over $1, it was overvalued and too popular. Now it seems no one is interested, until Friday.

The surface real estate does appear to be worth 100% of company with the Comstock Lode being a working mine/s and thrown in for free.
