Its very simple...I'm asking the person who said he had a good idea of what it was that delayed lawsuits to let me know what he thought it was...a point that I don't see how could be missed, especially when he said he had a good idea...you know, "sign this...."

I appreciate the expert advice, but I know how to use the board to go back in time. I also know there aren't any real answers there.
