The OTC is indeed a cesspool for scams and PTOI is one of the longest running and most successful.

I do pass judgement on those stealing from naive investors and hope to see the powers that be also pass judgment ... in the form of jail time and disgorgement penalties ... in due time.

I remain hopeful that I will see justice done to those involved in the PTOI scam.
