The Tendon Repair Tool isn't a new design of golf ball and everyone is going to rush out and buy them. You have to sell the use of it first. Then you have to train the surgeon on how to use it. Then maybe others will slowly follow after giving it time to prove itself. I see no more than 100 a years sold like the watches... the knives... and the guitar pins...

Its not about revenue. It is about selling BMG. The question is not whether BMG will be big in our future but whether LMQT will be the "leader" or whether someone else captures the market share. I still contend their is limited capability coming out of that garage @ LM hq
