In sum, in 2014 -- 300k in salary; 297k in cash bonus. Total comp inc stock options, 1.7 million.

In sum, in 2013 -- 300k in salary; 137k in cash bonus. Total comp inc stocl options, 740k.

Say what you will, but the guy got a bonus increase in 2014 that - alone - is more than revenues in the past few quarters COMBINED.

And it doesn't matter whether the options have actually been exercised/whatever ... his total comp was roughly 1 million more than the prior year.
