It will first be $10 on the barrel of crude, that added expense will be passed onto the consumer. by the time it reaches the pump, I would not be surprised if it reaches $1 plus in additional costs, as a barrel of refined crude does not = a barrel of gasoline or diesel. Hello welcome back $3.00 plus gasoline. Then when the cost of crude does go back up.... as it surely will... Say hello to $5.00 gas. I'm calling my congressmen and senators, to raise hell against this proposal.
