I almost bought some LSG on Wednesday after looking at it for a while but THO's usual leaky ship and Otto's repertorial acumen means it is too late now.

In an update Otto mentions that that THO was planning to offer a 20% premium, but thanks to the story getting out LSG is already up 16%. THO has some really nice properties, but their management is abysmal, the reason I sold out of RIO before they took it over..
