Negative interest rates in Japan is going to cause a lot of wealthy Japanese investors to buy precious metals. Notice the spike in PM's since last week?

If the Federal Reserve tries NIRP here in the USA, watch major bank runs occur. The wealthy will flock to safety of gold and silver rather than pay the banks to keep their money.
