Treaty is dead as a doornail... Investors that got scammed in TECO should file complaints with the enforcement agency's to stop the Treaty crooks, Blackburn and his gang of cons, from continuing to rip folks off with other scams as they have now moved on from Treaty. Treaty is dead to them as well as the company is charged with securities fraud and is on the Grey Market. Who in their right mind would "invest" in a company like Treaty now??
