Veve was misleading (very) on Beautiject majority ownership.
Here is what Veve certified was true in VMGI's latest unaudited financials.

Beautyject Inc., Is a majority owned subsidiary of
Verde Media.

Veve finally admitted, in their latest fluff PR, that VMGI will "retain" their 10% ownership.
The Biotech division and Agency Division have been closed and under agreement with BeautyJect Inc., Verde Media Group Inc. will retain its 10% share of the company going forward.


Often, majority ownership means 51% or greater.

Apparently Veve is math challenged or there are a lot of less-than-10% owners out there.

I guess he may have been so hard up for cash to pay for his $30 mail drop box in Colorado that he sold VMGI's majority ownership.
