I appreciate the invitation, but I'm going in a different direction.
I still believe that this should have never been in the S. District of NY.
They were in N. Va. until they needed to get a office in NY, I believe, just to get a favorable judge who would allow all their evasive maneuvers and escape with all the assets. (and or sell them)
This is the perfect time and atmosphere to take this thing in front of the spot light.
There are people who like nothing more than to shine a light on things just such as this.
I am, and I hope others do to, going to right a letter to:
Sen. Elizabeth Warren
Sen. Bernie Sanders
Sen./Sec. Hillary Clinton
( I really don't care if they make a stink just for political purposes. A stink is a stink. And this is the year to do it.)
I bet the President would like nothing better than to crucify some high powered people on his way out of office. (JMO)
Even if it gets us no money, I just hope that they shine a light on a system, and the people in it, that allows crooks (IMO) like these to steal from others.
I hope to see TV cameras one day set up on the court house steps, asking the judge why they allowed this to happen.
Any result we get can't be any worse than the one provided by Judge Lane.
