Let me be clear. I simply emailed Dan with the question in my email that I posted and received his reply which I posted. This reply was not what I was expecting nor in confidence and as a fellow stockholder felt it was appropriate to post on a chat board for those of us who have invested money and years to the company. Having no press releases for 10 months, at least, assuming this reply is true and from Dan, is more information than we have received in almost a year. Based on the lack of PR's this reply doesn't come as a surprise though I hope it's not true and I still support Dan and his efforts for all of us.
