My error TD ...

The imminent case against Louie, The King Teco Promoter will be thrown out.

Since The SEC is telling the world about their investigation ongoing against him, automatic dismissal. Or all of the mentions of it are not true.

Any reasonable person knows the FBI and SEC never discuss ongoing cases.
