Please give Victor another 2-3 months.

After all, they have only been working on this concept for at least 10 years now. So what will it hurt to wait another 2-3 months for Victor's next announcement??

In the meantime, let others buy all the shares they want. Seems like when one particular person (I won't mention his name here) doesn't buy, volume goes way down.
