But I prefer to think of a R/S as anti dilution vecause that gives a lot more shares to sell.

No, that's pro-dilution for the R/S. It hides the previous dilution of the then 1.5B. As the cheers go up afterward about the low 15M float, it gives cover for the coming dilution. Dilution on top of the dilution. Nothing "anti" about that.
