all kinds of nonsense. Of course scammers who "clearly state" nonsense should be believed.

I do agree that BAYP should make available the names of anyone that got any of that 195 million shares issued last February.



Eh... almost. An unregistered stock can make whatever claim they wish in an OTC filing per who they gave stock to, and how much. The solution is for BAYP to file a Form 10. But they don't seem to want to register their stock. Why? Because then they would have to account for a 195M stock distribution.
