After listening to CC by CEO, Free Mine

Apparently the Virginia City real estate they own (not claims) for the mines has a surface value equal to value of stock. So it seems the Comstock Lode, a break even mine today with good upside is for free. And the real estate value is going up quickly as Tesla fires up their factory nearby.

They could likely sell the surface property and retain the underground mineral rights (done all the time). But why sell, its going up.

LODE looks like good value play here, a free option on Comstock District and gold.
