Next news should be filing of IND.
Should be in the next few weeks.
When I worked on proposals for defense contracts the actual writing and organization of the document(s) only took a month or so. The prep work : simulations, testing, and analysis were the long poles in the tent. Assuming PMCB has all the data and info and only needs to organize and write the plan it really shouldn't take long.
