Aren't leases recorded? Shouldn't there be traceable records? I bought into this a couple years ago, stupid me for trusting a load of bull. This is a new education for me but I'm willing to learn. Who or what agency would record these land/oil reserve leases? And again if this is a line of bull and no leases were recorded, who gets the complaint? TX AG or the Feds? It's called satisfaction, I want someone to swing.
