I am not sure that the term scam is appropriate. Poor decision making, poor management, lack of ability to attract financing combined with a lack of vision is more likely the reason for the Company s inability to develop their assets. I do not know what the future holds for the Company but at present it's looks dead. Which is really a shame. The suggestion of hiring a lawyer and suing is a waste of time and money. If someone thinks that something illegal has occurred then you should go to the securities regulators. Yes, they are slow, arguably very slow on most occasions, but at least you are not wasting money on questionable lawyering! If a scam is what had occurred then the Regulators will uncover it and act appropriately. They have vastly greater powers to investigate than a Lawyer and a lawsuit against the Principals and the Company. Even if one is successful after a multi year legal battle how in heavens are you going to collect on a Judgement?
