I have a feeling SPEX will be trading over a buck the near Future without an R/S, but also if R/S will be needed,this is not always bad if the company has solid Business. AMDA is a good Example.

Yesterday's news and Apple case gives you an indication how much money involved here.

Another point is O/S count and market cap,both very low.So im going long here.
