Both Raley has 22,819,444,167 and Watford each have 22,364,583,333 shares. This could be handled shrinking the OS 86,000,000,000 - 45,184,027,500 = 40,815,972,500; which would change things a dramatically.

I am sure they did this to be assholes to a few and mostly likely they had to do something given the agreement at the time on existing debt that they could not pay back, so they did the asshole thing, because they we looking out for themselves and mismanaging the day to day, with confidence. Like a lot companies.

Raley was a smart gentleman, just pissed. He had a lot skin the game as well.

There are some big debtors in this thing and deep pockets. If they wanted to they could handle this with a stroke of a pen, maintaining shareholder value.

I all depends on playing like adults, getting focused and being bullish on this entity. I am guessing, everyone is being childish, not talking and still hurt.

Sad, so sad to see something with value just sitting there with survival pulse. In this market, it kills me even more to see this.
