I wouldn't necessarily classify the company's tardiness, with regards to the late filing of the 3rd Qtr, as having no respect for the shareholders. Rather, they've chosen to prioritize attempting to generate some worthwhile revenues instead. I do believe the fins will come out at some point soon, however. As complying with regulatory obligations is also important.
