I had an 88 Ford ranger with a v6 and auto tranny. First tranny lasted 50,000m and the rebuild lasted 18,000. It had a towing pkg and the damn thing would shift in and out of OD just from wind resistance. I will never own a ford again.

Remember........ It's better to wish you had bought a
stock, than to wish you hadn't.
