Yes, transition to solar/wind is great. But the big problem now that when they add clean energy, they are trying to block INDIVIDUALS from taking advantage of the benefit if free energy. With fixed rates they take the benefit of conservation. And if you do try and go off grid, they try to block you from doing it..... Or they will meter your panels anyway......
