and tell me, what ever made you feel the jip store wanted to go public before katx stepped into this picture.. they were never even heard of here or anywhere for that matter....that's funny, I don't think grimm even knows what going public means ..they don't need kennay...
if referring to the jeep (JIP) store, well mr. grimm got ripped off in a deal that was supported by NO CASH. partnership if in fact legitimately done, was a transfer of promised shares of katx. (worthless paper) based on future pricing. to add one of the people that put this rip-off deal together is part of the agreement and stationed at the store as management (keep grimm in check)...he got taken bad and that is why they refuse to publish the deal contract, which should be public record because it involved a publically traded company....(katx)...kennay did it again , and screwed another unsuspecting rube
the JIP store never was and did not want to be or was ever seeking to become publicly traded.
but why is the sales agreement and contract of purchase of a publicly trade company (katx)... not made public as it is required to be and should be. be it that it is not a valid contract just an agreement in kind. Why is no copy made available to shareholders of (katx).. as it must be.....no transparency her with kennay, never was, never will be...all just pretend and made for the viewers of kennays scheme to enrich kennay no matter who he steps on and ruins...ask yourself, where is the honesty here. never has been any honesty with kennay and the clan at kat exploration...
