2/4/16 Conclusion: My thought had been that this bear market rally would not only clear short-term oversold conditions, but that it would also clear intermediate-term overbought conditions. The former did but the latter aren't there. With price moving back above the short-term rising bottoms line, I wouldn't count this short-term rally out just yet
