How can you be so sure there's going to be a reverse split before there's a pump and dump

do you have away of getting information on a reverse split for VMGI. Or any other News because the only sure thing I have been able to find is VERE Last PR and trust me I'm not a VERE fan anymore. Just hoping for another pump and dump.
