i've always felt The Preowned Jeep Store wanted to go public in order to help raise money for expansion,and there are other publicly owned car dealerships out there..i'm sure you recognize the names CarMax and Penske,so a publicly owned dealership is not that unusual..and expansion into Florida by the preowned Jeep Store was mentioned in the last pr.Maybe i'm kidding myself,but i expect to see some revenue from the 4th quarter 2015 in the 10-K which we can expect late March to mid April.Have also wondered who's really in charge now,because,as you mentioned,the acquisition seems to have been down with no cash..makes me hunch that Mr.Grimm's got the steering wheel. JMO
