IMO, nothing can happen until there is a facility with capability and capacity to produce mobile clinics, hospitals, etc. Demonstrate and then secure contract funds.

Neither Kallo or ITD can deliver to Africa without each other.

IMO, the ball is in ITD's court while they get capability and capacity in line..

Could be this quarter yet or a few quarters out... I guess let sleeping giants... Sleep.
