I don't mean to be a negative Nelly but...

The money has to get to the Countries involved before the can pass it on to $Kalo

This seems to be an all too pervasive problem with the monetary pledges, they just never seem to get there or are stolen somehow before the countries can use them. Methinks we're in for a long wait.
