I wasn't trying to give any merit to the lawsuits. I doubt there is much. I was simply pointing out that they're all basically about the same issue and therefore likely to be consolidated if they do make it that far.

As was pointed out previously, the filings themselves have done more harm to the pps than any GW accounting errors ever did. I doubt if any retail shareholder made their trade decisions based on their accounting of clinical trials or that any institutional or qualified investor paid much attention to it.
