Wrong! The sec declared the S1 effective. The prospectus is not correct and has not been updated. That will have to happen before any other move.
Dream on about stop sign removal, not even a possibility , takes years of CONSISTANT filings. More likely that ICBS gets halted from trading.
Same old nothing here , over and over.
Next week, same nothing, next month, same nothing, next year, same nothing.
