New here--took a small position yesterday.

Can anyone offer an explanation why the current price on the OTC (NSPDF) is only .2078? With the exchange rate and the current TSXV price is should be around .32 on the US side. I have traded TSXV/OTC listed stocks before but have not seen this level of price difference. Any thoughts?
