Exobox had its day in court and Airene and another attorney tag teamed with the judge to soundly kick their butt.

Exobox's motion for summary judgment was denied after the judge beat Takos into submission. The judge took the lead role in the beating, the shareholders attorneys just added a kidney punch here and there.
Our MSJ is under advisement.

I am hopeful that we will see our MSJ approved this week, paving the way for a vote for a new BOD.
