The only reason I say possible bankruptcy is I do not know who is holding that 2.2 million in debt. If it is insiders then I agree with you, but if not how long are creditors going to go along with them? Yes, I also wonder what is happening to the equipment. Are they using it, is it leased out or is it sitting and rusting away or even working? It is odd that these part time out of country owners can run a diamond selling business, a gold and diamonds mining business, a building business and a solar company and do it from the U.S. Sounds impossible to me, but then logic clouds my brain at times.
