Honest question: What does the A/S matter when you'd completely collapse the share price?

Couple things would need to happen to make me feel decent about the situation:
- You say you want to compensate your "Big 3" - being Shawn Elkhorn, Marianne Strobel and Patricia Parhamn. GIVE THEM THEIR SHARES! Then they couldn't "damage" your shares without damaging theirs. With preferred's (if that's what they truly get) only convertible - they are dependant on overall share price.
- Continue to do development work under the table. Remember what I was saying about 'they'll pay attention to you when they need you in this market.' Either when they need to cash out on shares, or maintain a particular share price, will the price rise considerably. Best hope is that it is organic and not hype-driven.
