At least we know they aren't diluting-LOL!

1.5B shares O/S&A/S --> 1:100 R/S --> 15M

And in just a little over 1 yr: 247M. The claim is "they aren't diluting"?????????

The stock has been diluted 16X since the split. Without the split the O/S would have gone from 1.5B to 24.7B. Yet that's not called dilution?

How much do they have to issue before you call it dilution? No they haven't got to the 50X dilution mark or 750 A/S...yet. Porter and Shameberg have to come up with a pump to dump the 195M batch first. They seem to be having problems coming up with one.
