You are right, it all takes time, just because the quota is filled doesn't grant FDA approval, I think we are all smart enough to know that.

But if you wait for approval, you will be to late for the giant upside, or downside. My point is this, put in a limit order @ .37 and ride it out for a year. They most likely will need more financing, which means more dilution.
