I made several calls first to the class action law office and then the SEC.
SEC dismissed the class action law suit and will be distributing the funds they recovered. Here is the e-mail I received from the SEC Office of Distributions Attorney-Adviser. It has the phone number of the agency that
is handling the Biozoom fund distribution and the person to contact.

The SEC has hired a distribution agent to handle the Biozoom distribution. The person in charge is Dan Marotto of KCC, LLC. His office number is: 415.798.5948.
