This shipping container/barite/copper/gold company is now claiming to have signed an LOI for an unnamed precious metal mine in an unnamed Latin American country! Amazing.

Yet another promotion of an incredibly rich but inefficiently-worked artisanal mine that only now can now be worked by modern methods. How many times have we heard that from stinky penny stock companies?

No mention of exploration, a feasibility study, or the permitting process....they'd like investors to think that the gold just needs to be scooped up with a front end loader.

And of course, promising investors a 43-101 report. Is this POS stock Canadian-traded?
