So,it looks like DTV is going to take this to trial. No surprise really. The industry knows VRNG does not have the economic fangs for a protracted court battle. If enough companies bauck VRNG will be right back where they started with Google with less money.

Looks like this has a good chance at being dead money for ANOTHER 6 months..hmmmmm
